We wanted new windows because we felt the long-ago coop building contractors had done a poor job because the windows had been very difficult to open. Ross Adler did a great job in adviasing us on the type of windows we needed and what the process entailed, gave us a reasibable price, sent soneone in to measure the windows, and when they arrived they fit At first two were still difficult to raise, but within a week Adler had sent out one of the installers to remedy that. We cannow open our new, higher-quality windows. Thanks to Adler

They were always prompt. They delivered the product when they said they would. My new windows are beautiful and well installed. The place was left clean, the workers were pleasant and Gary Adler was extremely professional. I felt the pricing was excellent. I recommended him to everyone in my building and they are all ordering new windows from Adler.

A pleasure to work with the team of 4 guys who obviously enjoyed working together. They were pleasant, efficient, and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I've already found them another job in this building, and may find more.
