Thanks to a bird, we had a whole on the exterior wall of our house. We only received one bid of the three that contacted us from Service Magic, so we went forward with Pat (Adept). Pat was timely and responsive to all inquiries and finished the job on time as promised. I would use Pat again for future projects.

I thought the amount was too high for the two small projects, but he worked hard and got the projects done. I am concerned on whether the grout he replaced is the same color as the original...it may just not be dry yet.
