i am happy with your job, but need more detail job. for example the window corner, there was a spider net. maybe they could not see??? thanks.

I have used Add Vance for about 3 year now. They are always easy to work with and perform quality work. Much better than dealing with HUGE company:-) I would recommend them highly to business or home.

The staff are professional and thorough. They arrive on time and are focused on getting the job done, and doing it the right way. I like that I have been asked questions about my preferences and concerns before the initial cleaning and each have been carried out as expected. These guys were very professional, had very good attention to detail and completely cleaned my home from top to bottom. I would definitely recommend them for not only a move out cleaning but any cleaning job you have.

The lady that cleaned was very good; detail was excellent. The man did poor work; I had to have him redo his work and then had the lady reclean his area again. I'm considering a bi-monthly cleaning service, but not if he is assigned. The lady was fine if she was assigned. Ken Sagen

I was completely disappointed with their service. Add Vance, I paid the highest price and got the worst job. They didn't clean the fan, mop the floor, didn't clean the countertops & sink, there was still dust in between the stair rails and I was surprised when they said that they finished vacuuming when the rooms didn't look vacuumed. Totally it was a very bad experience.

We offered to return to the customers home at no cost to the customer and re-clean the fan, stair rails and countertops. The floors in question were wood and damp mopping can damage the wood finish however, they were properly dust mopped.
