i expected more. had a pump that was just flooding. brandon spent time looking for a leak else where, even when told what and where it was leaking from. disassembled, "winterized" the entire system and drained it when only needing to replace one pump. everything completely disconnected, wasting time there, in my opinion and the guy i hired after to replace the pump. wanted 682 for a new pump, got one online for 330, with year warranty. brandon tried telling me i would only have a 5 day warranty on any pump i buy online. not impressed with the lack of knowledge on pumps, was not happy i would not spend 2x the money for his pump.

The spa was drained becuase your hot tub did not have "shut off valves" installed by manufacturer for removing pumps. I would imagine I would get a thank you for inspecting the entire spa for leaks as well. We do not buy our pumps online because because you never know if the pumps are new or rebuilt and if they will take a pump back if a dud.

Did not troubleshoot or even turn on my spa for a diagnosis. Did not look to see what all repairs were needed before ordering part.

The spa was diagnosed. The circuit board had to be replaced before checking other spa operations. When circuit boards are down nothing else can work on a spa to diagnose properly. We are glad we could help.
