Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
They came out on Sunday Memorial Day weekend and replaced my fan motor on my a\c unit the same day I sumit for a repair. The gentleman was nice and professional. It cost a little more than I think it should have, but it was a Sunday on a holiday weekend. Overall, 4.83.

I want to add comment to my original feedback on Adam Mechanical. After a bad experience with them, the owner of the company contacted me to go over what happened with the service I received. After discussing, he apolized and reimbursed me for additional costs incurred after hiring another contractor. In the end, I'm happy with the way things turned out.

I contacted this company to clean the condensation line on my air conditioner. They sent out someone named Mike. After about 15 minutes he said he cleaned line and checked unit for proper functioning. He then told me he turned heating part of unit off due to problems with heat exchanger. I want to add that he's the first air conditioning tech to come over that didn't know where the thermostat was. A few days later, the air conditioner didn't work. I contacted them and told them about problem. At this point, I didn't trust them so had another contractor come out. They told me Mike disconnected various wires causing problem.

very quick service within 2 hours from call. Explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Went the extra step to clean up the furnace along with the repair. Working great since repair. Thanks!

My family and I are highly thankful to Lisa, Seth, and everyone at Adam Mechanical for helping us out on such short notice before the snow and freezing rain. Our heat is working perfectly. We cannot recommended Adam more highly for their quick response and customer service. We will definitely continue to use them.
