Loma called several times.  We played phone tag.  Loma left clear, complete messages every time.  She always sounded pleasant and cheerful.  She was prompt when we set up our appointment.  We discussed what I wanted and options.  They took complete measurements and called me back with the costs when they said they would.  I will use them when I'm ready to do the work.
