Al is nice and patient to answer every of my questions (I am sure I asked many stupid questions since I am a first time buyer). But he missed to point out that two glass patio doors and three windows missed one layer of glass (the windows are double layer glasses). I didn't notice it also until I moved in in the cold winter and water condensed on those single layer windows.

First of all let me tell you how helpful it was to have a fellow veteran ensuring that my home was inspected thoroughly and safe for my family. Al explained more than I expected, and was extremely patient with us during the entire process. Al is very professional and I would highly recommend his services to any new home buyer. I was so impressed with the job Accuracy Plus did. They were professional and extremely thorough and really took their time going over everything. They kept me apprised the whole time as to what they were doing and explained everything very patiently and in simple terms. They were also quite personable and the cost was very reasonable as well.
