Project: Test for Toxic Materials & Mold
We made an appointment with this guy for 4:00 on a Tuesday. He never showed up and never called, when I called the company they were unable to get ahold of him. He called the next day and we rescheduled for 4:00 on Thursday. For this appointment he showed up about 30 minutes late. He did call to say he would be late. At the appointment he tested our mold and told us he would call us with the results on Monday. Monday came and went no call. He did eventually call on Wednesday. He faxed me the results and told me he would call in an hour or so to go over what they meant. He never called.
