Contracted work to be done on Saturday before Hurricane Irene to have 27 linear feet of tile drain installed, a new sump pump and 2 back up battery sump pumps. No back up batteries were available on the start day, took almost two weeks to get them, (by then Tropical storm Lee dumped 5 inches of rain). The service manager is supposed to contact me to review the work, and so far after a week no call. $4900 spent. Also the float on the new primary sump bump is up against the pit wall. The 2nd new primary pump is sitting on a dirt floor of the old pit. It took 5 days for the back up pumps to totally charge.

Our crew worked efficiently on this job during a massive hurricane. All battery back up pumps were out of stock throughout the east coast. That was completely out of our control. The pump that is sitting on a dirt floor was just a replacement pump. We did not install a new pit per customer choice. Our service manager has been to the property to address this address and we are working with her to resolve it. Upon completion of our system and through the hurricane, not a drop of water made it into her basement. She never lost power so the back up pumps were not needed during the storm afterall.

The workers and finish product EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! However the office staff and owner was HORRIBLE. They were inconsiderate of people time and communication skills were HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner was totally unapologetic to the lack of communication. I would totally recommend the workers for additional work but if you had to contact the office then ABSOLUTELY NOT. The office staff and owner need to take a CUSTOMER SERVICE class.
