Project: Build a Metal Carport

Lauren is the sale and the installer for the quote and job. His quote is way way less than the other two I have. And his work is top notch as well. He finished in times and in butget and cleaned up nicely afterward. I am very happy to have him to install my patio cover.

Lauren installed a 32' car port & privacy wall, front porch modifications, ramp, back porch modifications & ramp along with railings for both front and back.. His workmanship, commitment, honesty and customer communications were among the best.

Lauren and his wife Diane are both just wonderful people and I would never hesitate to use them again. Lauren has done awning work for us in the past and this time a bath remodel. They are so pleasant to have around its like having friends over :). Lauren cares about his work and won't stop until you are happy.

1. The gutter leaked due to the boards being cut at different lengths. 2. The fence is crooked. 3. I was charged 500.00 over the projected cost for this project . When I talked with Lauren about his work, he stated he did not know what happened. To date he has not offered to correct the job. Overall, very poor quality of workmanship.
