I received an electronic quote from them within a day. Someone came over to measure the glass within a week. The glass and ballances ware ordered and a written estimate was provided. Repair was completed in 3 weeks. I was satisfied with the work and intend to have them do the balances for the rest of the windows that need them. The installer was professional in attitude and manner.
