their response was great, but they measured my cabinets wrong, and they are much smaller than the original ones. I was without a kitchen for a week while they waited for new ones. I ended up with the smaller ones, no fill ins to even them off. I paid extra for the removal and the replacing of my counter tops. well the cabinet top has a gap that my finger tip can fit through and a screw was sent too high and pierced the other side of my counter top. The installer pushed the dishwasher in so hard that he broke the copper tubing for the hot water.when my sink was reconnected and the water turned on, it flooded my laminate floor that was new.
