This is my second response. As with the first I was extremely satisified with the proffessionalism and finished product from Action Extraction.

Carpet looked OK. He didn't go over payment options when "making the sale" on the phone. I wanted to use a business check since this is a Home/Office. He told me that my check was illegal because it had a PO Box listed on it. That account had over 20K in it. Instead I was forced to write him a check in an account that we should have closed years ago that had no money in it. I then had to deposit money in it since there was ZERO dollars in it. But according to him my over funded account was somehow illegal and he wanted to take the gamble that my personal check was somehow better. I'll need someone next year, and it won't be him.

I gladly take business checks, However my policy is no different than that of any business. It must have a physical address and there must be proper ID to show you are a responsible officer of the company. They had neither. All my ratings are 4.5 - 5 except this one. They stand out alone as the anomaly not because I didn't do an impeccable job but because I didn't take their check. I am abundantly eager to do a matchless job for each customer, but the old adage is true "You can't please everyone". I wish this customer would have rated my cleaning not my check policy.

Chuck was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and on top of all of that, he did a terrific job. I will certainly be recommending him to friends, neighbors, and family.

I love the fact that they are flexible with their scheduling. They did a spectacular job on my carpet (they were heavily stained from my 3 yr and 9 month old children) and gave me a great deal since the rooms in my apt are not so big.

I was contacted by Chuck from Action Extraction, Inc within 15 minutes after I had put the project out on the website. Chuck had time for me that day and gave me a price for cleaning the one room. Chuck was honest and very good at his craft. He was finished within 2 hours and helped me move some furniture back into the room.
