He didn't go over payment options when "making the sale" on the phone. I wanted to use a business check since this is a Home/Office. He told me that my check was illegal because it had a PO Box listed on it. That account had over 20K in it. Instead I was forced to write him a check in an account that we should have closed years ago that had no money in it. I then had to deposit money in it since there was ZERO dollars in it. But according to him my over funded account was somehow illegal and he wanted to take the gamble that my personal check was somehow better. I'll need someone next year, and it won't be him.
