The work was completed as contracted. There was a small problem after the job was complete. The contractor came right out and resolved it.

We had a problem leaky roof, that prior contractors could not resolve and had been stumped as to what to try next. David quickly answered our email, came to our house shoveled the roof and gave us an option to help us determine the cause. It worked!! He's now our guy!

Very prompt and cost effective. Came fully prepared and had everythingi in order. Action was the only one to inspect the roof from the top down and gave a prompt estimate. Work was completed in 3 days and clean up was excellent. Have already referred them to several neighbors.

Of the 3 contractors that came to give me estimates for my roofing job, David was the only one who actually went onto the roof to evaluate the work that needed to be done. He kept me up to date with changing dates for the work (due to weather). His crew were courteous and careful of our yard and gardens, and David showed up first thing with them in the morning. I hope I won't need a roof any time soon, but I would call Action Construction first if I did.

They did the job quickly, with the whole team working hard all the time they were here, in spite of adverse weather conditions. They left the area clean, and were friendly and professional. David Krasny was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend his company.

I am an educated consumer; someone who believes in thorough due diligence to find the best of the best! I created a short-list of 7 from dozens of roofing companies serving Greater Boston. After interviewing them, of which 4 were via Service Magic, 2 warm referrals, and 1 from the Shriners Home Show, Action Construction resonated to be the obvious (and only) choice. Action's owner, Dave Krasny, exceeded all expectations regarding quality of workmanship and pricing. His crew worked diligently from inception to completion. They were all professional and courteous. It would be hard for any consumer to find a better company in this capacity.
