Terence was actually early to scheduled appointment. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned some heavy stains that I thought might be trouble. The carpets looked much improved after he finished, and he was considerate of the rest of my house. Very efficient, very professional. Recommended!

Came right on time, early in fact. Hard worker, even did the edges where dirt from air infiltration makes it really dirty. Carpet was extremely dirty and Terence did a great job. Very reasonable cost.
