Initially everything was fine with this company, they came out and did their little tests, looking around the house for water leaks like anyone could've done.  The supposedly they did air sampling tests.  About 4-5 days later I did receive a lab report but was told a final report or all clear letter would be received in 48 hours or so.  Well, it's been about 3 weeks and no report, my Email's go unanswered.  I would not be able to recommend this company, they don't follow through.

The professional was a very nice guy, but he told me he had found the source of the problem as a result of some air samples. He then cut a whole in a wall, showed me something in a scope and told me that was where the problem was. I had a contractor open the wall and there was no mold problem anywhere where I was told. I can still smell moisture and after paying your company $300.00 and the contractor another $300.00 to open and close the wall, I am no closer to finding the problem. I was told by your professional that the problem was outside of the house. How can he tell me it is in a certain area, show me something in a scope, be definitive that that is where the problem is, when nothing is found, tell me the problem is outside the house? I am wondering what I paid your company to do?  Can I get an answer? I am out $600.00 and still don't know if I have a problem or not?
