Project: Repair or Replace a Sump Pump
I spoke w/Fred,who was very informative and accomodated his schedule w/my work schedule. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and explained what needed to be done and what they would do during the repair process. Fred was very thorough and knowledgeable regarding my sump pump and plumbing in general. They were very conscientitious about cleaning once they were completed. I was pleased w/the service overall.
