They were great, came when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, very efficient. Best of all, this and one other contractor we hired had programs with Wells Fargo that would allow you a no interest 'credit card' like account to enable the project to be paid for out of salary rather than savings.

Mike Sheehan gave the best presentation among the contractors that I interviewed for this project. Aside from the attic insulation situation, he pointed out issues in the attic/roof area and suggested fixes, keeping in mind my budget and timeline.

During the entire experience, from the estimate through job completion, EVERYONE I dealt with was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Communication was the best I've ever had with any professional!(I've dealt with home pro's for 13 years now.) Cost was competitive and we could'nt be happier. We will be keeping their business card handy for future projects!

The Salesman was on time, professional, and knowledgable. The installers were quick and good at their jobs. When I had an issue with the pressure test that they did, resulting in an appliance not working, they responded within 3 hours and fixed the problem. Great company.

Acorn worked very professionally. The men were very courteous. They explained the work they were about to do, and cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to check for any gas leaks before starting the job, which they did find a couple of slow leaks which you could not smell. I had to call Public Service who in turn told me to call a plummer, which I did, and the problem was solved before Acorn finished the installation. Even though the plummer checked and cleared the problem of the gas leak; Acorn men rechecked with their gas tester to be sure the problem was solved. Acorn should be commended for having such loyal workers.
