We received very quick response; they came out the same day (within hours). The tech was knowledgeable, setup what needed to be setup, and recommended what to do to get the job finished (our satellite dome needed calibrated).

overall they were very helpful finding wires in wall. At first they wanted to do all the work including selling electronics and installing all speakers. It took a little while for me to convince them I wanted to do this part on my own because it saved me $1000+. After we got past that part, they did a good job and were able to schedule me in just two days out.

There are not enough superlatives to describe what an outstanding job Acme did on my Home Theater install. They did everything including my remote programming. Josh and Mark were professional. efficient and extremely patient with my myriad of questions. The whole experience was a pleasure and extremely reasonable. If you are not a technical person like I am do not hesitate to call. Frank Lauro
