The job hired for was to level an area for a above ground pool. First day the job was completed. Mr Dombrowski shared that the leveling was within an inch. Although the only tool he used to measure this was a 6' level. After my husband came home he said that he felt the area was not big enough . Taked with Mr Dombrowski and he was willing to come back out and enlarge the area..The day after we put up the pool to find that the leveling was different throughout and in some areas 4-5 inches and we had to empty 4400 gals and take the pool down. My husband left a message that he was very unhappy with the service and never heard back from anyone...

Great service and follow-up. Worked with compressed time-frame due to weather. Ed listened to special concerns and was attentive to the scope of work. This is a family run enterprise that takes great pride in their work. We have had no problem in contracting them for additional services.

Aces is excellent with modern trucks & earth moving equipment. They emailed me on 9/22, the day I contacted Servicemagic. They were out 9/23 to look at my project & clearly explained what they would excavate & what old railroad ties would be removed. Emailed me a contract the evening of 9/23; arrived at the house with all their modern equipment at 8 am and finished completing a beautiful job today, 9/24/10. A top notch family with which to do business.

Ed was great. He took the time to really listen to what I needed and what I was planning on using the space for. He didn't try to sell me anything but instead gave me about three different options to go with. He was very professional along with his crew. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. I had to get this patio installed after being delayed and then dumped by another contractor quickly. Ed went above and beyond what any other contractor has done! Mary Wojcik, Crystal Lake

EXCELLENT!!! THEY ARE THE BEST. FRIENDLY, ON TIME AND DIDN'T B.S ME. I ASK A QUESTION AND THEY WERE VERY HONEST. YOU DON'T COME ACROSS PEOPLE LIKE THAT VERY OFTEN. THEY CARE ABOUT THERE WORK AND IT SHOWS. WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME, THEY CAME, DID THE WORK AND CLEANED UP AFTER. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE..

Project: Fall / Spring Yard Clean Up
I called them on Wed late afternoon and they were at my house on Thursday morning to reveiw the job and give an estimate. The price was fair for the scop of work and they showed up to do the work when they said they would. The completed job was exactly what I wanted and they were very professional. I would reccommend them to my friends and family and use them again.
