The gentleman that came to my house was very friendly, cleaned up after hisself and made sure that I would not have a bird problem in the future. I contacted othe people for this job and did not recieve courteous replys when I called. I thought they were very pleasant and professional which is important to me as I am the customer and my money is very valuble

came out when they said they would. Pleasantly surprised. They actually do more than just remove small animals, also fix any damage that might have been done. Amazing1 Without a doubt avalue for the money.

Got one of two coons that were in the house. Came out on Sunday, and that was a good thing, as it enabled us to catch the first one. However we had another individual come out and he found the second one and also was able to identify and seal off the area where the coons were entering the house

To say I was upset when I heard squirrels in my attic is an understatement. After calling several pest control companies, I decided to hire Ace Wildlife Service because Travis was so nice. I am on a tight budget and had a number of questions. The other reps seemed very impatient with me, whereas Travis/Ace Wildlife's level of customer service was outstanding. Although the squirrels escaped, a trap has been set and my roof will be fixed by the end of the week. Reasonable prices, great customer service. Would definitely recommend!

They were very professional. Having had all this damage from the raccoons, they tried to comfort me and walked me through the whole process. Any work they done, they completly cleaned, organized and your would not even know they were there working. I could call anytime I had conerns and they were at my side when needed.
