Excellent. Made a mess, but when he was done it was all cleaned up. Also had a leak after he left on something he repaired, and they came back out the next day no questions asked without any problem. Good service.

The repair was fine, but they showed up close to an hour late (didn't call to tell me they were running late). I asked him to complete a second job while he was here, and he didn't have the parts, so he said he was going to re-stock his truck and be back in two hours. FIVE hours later he called to see if he could come back to complete the job. Then we agreed to finishing the job on Wednesday, and he said he would call me at 1:30 to confirm the exact time. Still hadn't heard from him at 3:30pm. Also thought they were pricey. Would not recommend them.

I had a pipe split on a Sunday. I emailed ServiceMajic and Ace-Swift called right away. They came out within and hour at no additional charge and replaced the broken piece. The Tech was wonderful.
