Ace is the proper name. Came in ahead of schedule to start work which was a great. Finished and cleaned up like they were not here. When project changed direction he was flexible and very professional with the changes. Reasonable and great work. Thank you ACE. You will get my plumbing needs from now on.

Never did the bathtub change out, but we had a toilet problem. The plumber wes on time, neat, and worked quickly. Problem solved.

Capable but lacks execution. Substitutes unqualified helper in lieu of licensed experienced plumber, without concurrance from customer. Fails to adequately reduce price charged when agreement is incomplete. Paid top scale full time plumber wage without receiving full product.

sentout lic. plumber and aprentice to perform tub change out as per agreement, then sent out lic. 3rd year aprentice to set final trim on tub valve. did not feel lic journeyman plumber needed to put on trim, also did not feel like price needed to be adjusted for this. all other time lic. journeyman on job. when custmer reported the discrepencies customer said they would take care of it, we offered to send journeyman back out to check trim but customer said they were very cappable of doing it. he said he was an engineer and that putting on the handle on the faucet anyone could do that. sorry for the lack of execution.

Tom is amazing . Respectful of you and your property. I have a 4 year old who followed him around asking "What cha' doin' Mr. Guy" Tom took all the questions in stride. He came when he said he would and he completed the job on time. I will keep his number handy from now on. Thanks to Ace Repair.

He was fast and efficient. Also gave good tips for the home.

Hired to lay a propane line (100') from tank to house. Journeyman plumber gave me a bid for time and materials. Hired on the spot. He ran off to get parts and returned and laid pipe. Pressure tested and laid tracing wire in just a couple hours. Awesome service. Plus cost was literally 1/2 the price of competition.
