Matt and his crew are true professionals. He was prompt, efficient, and provided a great value. We are very happy with the finished product. We have hired him to do additional work based on the great job he did remodeling an existing attic and creating a nice bedroom and closet.

Job was done very well. It was done on time and much less than the other estimates I will contact Matt when I need more drywall work done. Great Job!!!

I was very disappointed with Ace Property Care. Contractor Matt did not have any communication skills, was very defensive when approached about issues, and did not offer any pofessional advise when asked. I had to put a stop payment on the final check so he would return and finish the project properly. I am still not satisfied with the outcome, but would rather fix it on my own than have him return to my property. Lesson learned, check references and ask for insurance info up front.

As I do with all my customers, I try to accommodate their requests and budgets. One request was to keep the existing shower hardware, but remodel the rest of the bathroom including a new tub, new tile surround, marble floor, new walls & ceilings, vanity, etc. Once the job was complete the customer was dissatisfied and wanted a new shower hardware kit installed. I removed the wall and replaced the hardware to meet her request. We did several walk-throughs during this project, at the last walk through she approved the final product and paid in full and then put a stop payment the next day.
