Greg was very prompt with communication and followed up with phone calls before service. Very easy going guys that are great at their job. Jason was efficient, professional, and left a clean worksite. They are my new plumbers!

I was originally told there would be no charge for the consultation, but when they arrived, they decided to begin working. After cutting a hole in my wall, they deteremined they could not do anything that day but I still had to pay them $125! $125 for cutting a hole in my wall! And, then when they came back, I owed them $150 for less than an hour and some equipment. Now, it's still leaking and I'm out almost $300 and still have to replace my tubs!

Ace Plumbing Service was never made aware there was still a problem with the tub leak.Customer was informed by another company the tub needed replacement at a lot higher cost.The fix we came up with was at a lot lower cost on a trial basis and was all approved by the customer or I could not have ever started work.Ace Plumbing Service 100% stands behind all work performed and will return to job site for anymore trouble shooting that may be needed to repair leak.As reported to customer on day paid and job complete "Please call us back if this repair does not work after the caulk dries for 36 hours".I have not received a call back to recheck.

What i liked most about the company was that they were very concerned about my situation and went out of their way to assist me in any way. They were human and felt my pain. They were thorough in making a diagnosis on the problem and were prompt in taking care of the issue. The foremost thing that i liked about this company was that they did not overcharge and rip me off like some other company's that came over with their 2nd opinion and wanted to overcharge for parts. This second request was due to my home warranty company, not me. They wanted someone to make the repairs who was apart of their repairman list. I was not satisfied with them, got a cash out and allowed the better company to handle the job. Good job Ace, and you will always be at the top of my list for repairs. Thanks so much.

Speedy response, same day service, flexible with my schedule. They provided great service with the completed cost being what was quoted and a warranty for the work comepleted. I would highly recommend Ace to friends and neighbors, good customer service and very polite. Thanks Ace!
