Workers were very effective and fast. The move was of only 3 200lbs+ items within the same house and was completed in less than 30 minutes, reason by which I felt $185 was a bit on the high side because it did not require transportation or the use of their truck for the movers to get here, although others were not that different for a similar job and I knew what the price would be before hiring them. ACE arranged the job very quickly from one day to the other. I do not know how actual moving would be with this company but would hire them again.

Excellent, they came on time, they moved fast, taking care of everything, and they gave me 7 - 8 hours estimate but they finished in 6. really good job.

The initial assessment and packing was very professional. When they unloases they were careful to protect the house. But they overcharged by almost an hour the first day bc they showed up late and the second day they tried to do the same. I had to have them correct the bill. On the things they saw were broke they deducted immediately, but during unpacking as I found things missing or damaged, I received little help. They didn't cover the missing item. And for the damage I was offered a very low damage fee or they could try to fix it themselves. After several emails and calls just trying to get a response I went with reimbursement.

My movers wrapped every piece of furniture with blanket and tape. They were very careful and I loved them for that. It did not require much supervision as they were already good with my furnitures. Also, they were very efficient so getting charged the hourly rate was not an issue. I like the fact that I just pay an hourly rate and they took care of everything (i.e. truck, disemble, assemble, move, etc.). The only reason I did not give them a five star for customer service was because they were 30 minutes late.
