Ron called me immediately and came over the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy and explained the repair of the project to me in terms I could understand. He explained different options, the cost of each, and the benefits of each, and we agreed on a solution. He completed the repair quickly and thoroughly, and I was ecstatic! I will absolutely call Ron for ALL my HVAC needs and will not hesitate to recommend to my friends and neighbors. I was VERY happy with the Service Magic experience as well. One of the best experiences with a contractor I've ever had. Very professional in all respects. My heater blew out in the middle of the biggest cold snap of the season, and they were able to do the estimate same day and the work the next. Ace was also able to replace my heater and reconnect it to my AC (which was fine), saving me a ton of money. They charge by the job, not by the hour, so there are no add-on fees. I was especially impressed at how they were able to remove the old unit, replace the heater, clean everything up spotlessly all in one day. They even put on shoe covers before walking through the house. Absolutely recommended
