Project: Install or Replace a Garage Door
The garage door installed does not match the one already up, and the installer did not inform us of this matter. The garage door opener is not operating properly. We have been calling for two weeks now to get someone ot here to fix it. We are always told that someone is going on a given date but they never show up which realy inconvience us because we have to make sure one of us is home. To date, no one has come to fix our door problems. If we can't get this matter resolved, I am going to report it to the Better Business Bureau.

Came fixed door, stopped working after 24 hours, Called and he returned within 24 hours and made additional adjustments and have had no problem..Impressed with returning within 24 hours.

It took several phone calls to finally get the set time that they would be at my residence, the work was done quickly, possibly to quickly. they had to be called back to reset a cable that had jumped off the pulley.

Steve did a great job, worked around the dog that guarded the garage without any problems while I was at work. He was completely trustworthy, did a great job, and I now can enjoy my garage!

The contractor also provided a military discount which I greatly appreciated, keeping us actually under the intended budget and stayed with his cost and did exactly what he said. One of the panels he originally brought was dented and he immediately ordered a new one and came back the next week as soon as it was in stock to replace it for no additional cost which I greatly appreciated.

They came within 2 hours of my calling, gave an estimate, and fixed it on the spot in exactly the amount of time they said it would take and for exactly the amount they quoted. And they really fixed the problem. What else could they possibly have done?
