He forgot our original estimate appointment, needed to call me back to confirm. Then he delayed our install appointment twice. When he finally arrived, he was efficient and courteous. Did a nice install.

Nick from Ace Garage Door Service and Repair arrived on a Sunday and exactly on time! He was prompt, personable and highly professional. He provided wonderful customer service and a great value for the price! We highly recommend Ace Garage Door Service and Repair. (Seriously the door works way better now then it did when it was brand new!)

All in all a good experience. But he was over 2 hrs late with the appt with a flimsy excuse.

Hello, this Nick Vita the owner and I was wondering why we did not receive a five star rating. I noticed that you were happy with the job but did not believe me that I was stuck in Chester that day.I wish you would have brought this to my attention instead of giving us a sub poor rating, this is how I stay on service magic and anything but five stars tarnishes my business.If you could please re-review our company that would be greatly appriciated
