Obviously, I can only comment on the project that ACE Garage Door Company completed at on my own home. I thought that the service this company provided was OUTSTANDING from beginning to end! Everyone I had contact with from ACE was very friendly and professional. I asked alot of questions before committing to the hiring of ACE, all of them fully answered to my satisfaction. The day of the install the workers right on time and very courteous. The project was completed within about four hours. They did a GREAT job! Service after the install is where most contractor's I have had to deal with fall short. This is yet to be determined.

Project: Repair or Adjust a Garage Door Opener
this garage door company came to my house and only looked at my garage door for a minute, they asked me to open it and he unlocked my lock and it opened and he said alright well it looks good to me. and then turned and grabbed his reciept book and started to fill it out. I told him he has to be kidding and he said No we do have a service call of 65$ and i told him I shouldnt have to pay cause he did nothing. he said ok and grabbed a can of liguid wrench and sprayed the tracks and said is that a little bit better for you. Oh he did try and sale my some other rollers for 75$ when mine are brand new.lol HORRIBLE COMPANY!

First, Ace waited until after 8 am to contact me about my request. The other two companies were calling me as early as 7 am in the morning. Very rude, in my opinion. Second of all not only was he prompt (a little early, but that was OK with me) he did the job in a very timely fashion (and it was cold outside), he also made some recommendations, one of which I followed which was oil my garage door opener for $15 and what a difference it made! I was very pleased with the price, availability and a job well done! I will totally recommend this company to any of my friends who need help with their garage door or opener! Thank you Ace!

Project: Repair or Adjust a Garage Door Opener
I was having trouble getting my garage door to close. The Ace Technician repaired the immediate trouble, but recommended a door replacement. My current door was aging and had experienced extreme stress in the June flood. He advised that in the long run, that it would be cheaper to replace the door instead of additional repairs. I elected the new door; it was installed the next day. I can't believe the difference in the way the new door works and it looks great. The technicians were prompt on my original service call, and on the replacement service call. If I should need additional work, I would not hesitate to call Ace.
