The individual whom I was referred to happy to name on request did not bring materials for the repair- I went and bought them from Lowe's, and when I asked for materials reimbursement, he balked/didn't pay it. He also said he'd fix my garage gutter spout (it's too short) once he obtained the materials - he even stated "I wouldn't tell you I'd do something and then not do it". That was back in early January. He charged me nearly twice what I expected. At the time I didn't have time to hassle with these repairs. From first contact, to completion, they kept me informed of what they would look at and what my options were. The work was done on time and on budget, including going the extra mile on some things that came up during the work. The project was completed less than four hours. The contractor took pictures before, during, and after the roof repairs were completed; a very satisfying work performance.
