Quality of work and communications were OK at the beginning stages but deteriorated very quick. Estimates were given without thorough evaluation of work needed and pro's attitude became "his way or a highway" when he was asked to correct even minor problems. The pro  intimidated all other contractors who disagreed with him, and insisted on payments well before actual completion of jobs contracted. The pro left the  project unfinished  for others to fix problems he created.
