We picked Acculevel because of the way their system worked. While expensive, their solution should finally fix the problem. Their workers were courteous and answered all our questions. They cleaned up on a daily basis. Damage they caused was repaired at their expense. We would recommend Acculevel! and answered all our questions.

I did need to wait about month before the work could be done because they had just started a large project at the time I signed the contract. That would be the ONLY possible problem I could of had. Other than that, once they got here (a few days before scheduled) they worked hard all day and took care of everything. It looks great! The guys who came out were very friendly and the price was definitely reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a way to keep water out of their basement.

The categories unanswered are not answerable at this juncture. Without something to compare to as a standard it would be erroneous to provide unrealistic input. However it is the intent to continue on next year with our project with the same folks.
