I didn't like that I had to pick up debris that he left that he should have put in the trash when he removed the shower heads and things. I was very unhappy with that.

Jon Griesheimer is just great about meeting timely needs. He made extra effort to fix what I needed before I went out of town. I have used him about 3 times, very efficient, nice person, will recommend him to everyone!

Jon came out and worked extremely hard in wicked heat conditions. He located 2 breaches in my irrigation system, dug them out, and made the appropriate repairs. It was a time consuming job, and he ran out of time to make other minor adjustments in my system. It has been a week, and he has not returned. I suspect it just slipped his mind. I will call him, and I will still use him when needed.

Outstanding experience all around - I am keeping John's # handy for any future repairs, and for referrals. He answered my request as soon as I hit 'ENTER' on the service magic website, and was at my home soon after. He promptly assessed my issue and located the source of trouble (within minutes) and even took the time to explain everything about the system to me. He repaired the broken part, gave me advice on settings, and was courteous the whole time. A former Air Force vet who can be trusted to deliver quality work while providing value at a great price, I count his work as among the best I've encountered through service magic.
