Accent Pools always does a great job for the money. We have always been happy with the quick response we receive. It is much more cost effective than the larger pool companies. I would highly recommend them.

John with Accent Pools was very professional every step of the process. He was honest and saved us money by not trying to sell us a heavier weight pool liner than we need. He answered my onslaught of questions until I was completely satisfied.

John Howard is a great guy and his team closed my pool quickly and efficiently. He's very busy so if you call, you might get his voicemail. Just leave a message and he'll get back to you promptly. His service is outstanding and his prices are very good.

There was obviously a hole in the liner of our above ground pool and we had no idea where to start. When I called Accent Pools he was very informative and we discussed the possibility of a new liner. It is winter so when conditions were better he came to our home found the hole and patched it. When I questioned the need for a new liner he was honest and did not think it was necessary. If we do need a new liner I will be calling Accent to put in. Honesty and respect for others goes a long way.

John Howard kept in touch with us throughout the project. He agreed to all of our changes to the original proposal, and he worked together with our landscape designer.

Project: Build or Install a Vinyl Lined Swimming Pool
We had an underground leak in the line from the skimmer to the filter in our in-ground pool. It was repaired in one day. All debris was cleaned up and removed. I would recommend John Howard to everyone who is in need of any repair or liner replacement. He has been hired to replace our liner in the sring. Ed Thomas, Ringtown, Pa.
