City: Springdale Project: Painting or Staining - Small Projects Quoted price and actual price paid was very different, especially for the deck work I had done.  This could have been avoided if the estimator and the person putting together the quote was… Read Complete Rating Quoted price and actual price paid was very different, especially for the deck work I had done.  This could have been avoided if the estimator and the person putting together the quote was the same.  There was clearly some miscommunication. <br /> <br />Took them longer than expected to finish inside painting work (expected 3 days, took 4 days).  This cost me some time with my flooring project. <br /> <br />When initially discussing project I expected 2 painters on-site -- only one was on-site for the majority of the project. <br /> <br />On a positive note, however, I was satisfied with the actual work performed.  I just wish they did a better job on time and cost estimates.
