Project: Apply concrete finish, overlay, or coloring to existing concrete
I'm happy with the concrete work. The patio looks great. Good thing I know how to repair sprinkler lines though as these were damaged and left to me to repair.

They were responsive, fast and did high high quality work. The one negative is that the contact spoke english as a second language so there was several times when I was left unsure of what was going to be done.

We hired Accent to pour a patio and custom build a fire pit and grill wall. Pepe was our main contact as he came for the bid and was the man on site coordinating the work. I am pleased with the work Pepe has done and his guys work hard and are good cleaning up after themselves. Overall thiings went very smoothly. It did take some time to finish, a little longer than I would have liked but some of the delays were attributed to our changing plans. I will say that Pepe is easy to work with and honest which to me is very important. He went above and beyond on our project and we are very happy. I will be hiring again in future.

Overall a good experience. Did not pour steps to HOA standards, and did not finish a seating wall partly due to a communication misunderstanding. They did a good job bedsides.

Accent was very flexible to work with and the patio is beautiful. We had a problem with the finish, and they came back to repair with no problem.

Project: Coat Concrete Floors with Epoxy or Hybrid Polymer
Overall Accent Coating did an excellent job coating our front entrance and driveway with epoxy coating. They were able to seal up cracks in the stairs and driveway and to fill gaps between the driveway and sidewalk.
