I called them three days before the actual date and they agreed to come on a Saturday afternoon. Shawn called twice to make sure that I will be informed that he was in search for another colleague,because his partner called sick.They finally came 1 hour later and they exceed my expectations regarding their professionalism, politeness, knowledge of their subject and most importantly their hard work.My house has tricky vents and they managed to clean them all and face the challenges that they encountered. I had used another service years ago, but this time the whole operation was much more successful. No more dust on the glass surface. Thank yo
