Excellent work. Excellent price!

Their entire team has been professional throughout a unique situation. Work was started, and had to be stopped...A neighbor called a county dept and their arborist stopped the process, claiming permits were needed, though apparently they are not required. Brian Woods, Acacia's president has been handling and keeping me updated. The work to this point has been great, unfortunately, it was ceased due to situation beyond their control. Also, their prompt responsiveness all along the way!!l

Took longer than expected but everything is fine

I hires Acacia. It was a little slow getting some stuff done. But overall we a very happy and will use them again. I accidentally hit the button next to Campo landscaping, and so I was not able to do the actual rating of Acacia. Campo showed up 2.5 hours late for the estimate

We were very happy with Acacia Landscape. They kept in constant communication with us, did a fantastic job, and even came back out to repair a sprinkler problem that was identified after the project was done. I would recommend acacia as a landscape vendor. Oh, and the rate was the best we found in town. Thanks Acacia!!

Acacia knew what they were doing and they followed through with my plans. They were even helpful with a few items that popped up unexpectedly. The irrigation installation ran into a snag. They tore up the cap to my sewer pipe with their trench digger. They replaced it but left the cap sticking out of the ground. Numerous attempts to have them come out to fix the problem, to put the pipe below ground where it was to begin with, were of no use, they stopped returning my phone calls and e-mails (I guess once they got the check, they were done with you). The laying of the new sod went smooth and quickly but never came to see if the sod took

When they first came out for estimate, very nice and overall had an excellent plan and price. The job was suppose to be 2 weeks. Gave a deposit, took a lot longer than 2 weeks. They charged my credit card final payment without job complete. Still to this day the job isn't 100 % complete. I paid for my yard to be leveled. It wasn't. They pulled up sod to try and fix level issue, now sod is dead where they pulled it up. Wouldn't return calls untill reversed final payment. Then came out to fix and still isn't correct, my yard is very unlevel. I would highly suggest not to use Acacia. The don't return calls, job takes longer, and isn't right.

On this job we ran into problems leveling due to debris in the ground. They then told us they had filled an old pool filled with trash & dirt. To complete the job, we offered several solutions; they chose not to do anything to avoid costs, then did not like the result. We again offered solutions, this time at no cost. They still were not happy with their choices.

The sod installation & minor irrigation work, as of 4/23/07, has not commenced as yet and I will follow up with a full job overall rating at completion. The initial process of speaking with Brian and coming to an agreeable estimate related to written terms and documentation to be provided has been wonderful with no lulls in communication and my husband and myself look forward to working with Brian and his crew.
