I have already referred him to my HOA, and the job was completed by the time the other bid at 3x the price.

They was to come back to my house to fix my fence door that they put up not so good, and to stain it. I have not seen them sence that day a month ago.

Dark Mountain did a wonderful job, and we would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a high quality fence.

There were a problem and Jason never return my call only put up a walk thru and I needed a drive thru too. He had Chad talking to me but would not response to my phone call I call Chad he left a piece of wire hanging out danger for my grandchildren in the back yard. They go prepaid from the seller as a bonus to me and I feel once they got the money the hell with me!!!!1

Mrs. M stated she needed an additional gate after the contract was complete. She agreed to a single walk thru gate contractually. After several challenging discussions with Mrs. M, we elected to not extend the contract. Everything she agreed to with dark Mountain Construction was completed. There was no issue with a "wire". After reading this rating, I sent out my foreman to investigate the "wire" There is no wire anywhere. Mrs. M was a extremely difficult customer who presented payment thru her builder. After several days of bad weather and more delays from Mrs. M, we were finally allowed to complete the job.

They were very helpful and patient while assisting us in matching our fence to the house. They did what they said they would do. My wife was out of town when the job was finished but very pleased when she returned. Just as your service was recommended to me; Iwill gladly recommend you to others. Rour work sells and speak for you so keep the good work blossoming. BRAVO'

I chose this Company because they were the first to respond and they were ready to work. But the communication was a little off. When we set up appts if you are going to be late or something you call the customer and let them know, not the other way around. That happened on more than one occasion, but everyone has a bad day. At the end, I have a new gate an I am happy. One thing I have learned is that The Boss always ends up doing all the work anyway, so just do the work all the way through or trust the workers. Thanks dark mountain.

.Superior job installing the fence then another fantastic job repairing the gate (after a kid ran through it). Did all work at very minimal prices (compared to others). I would recommend them anytime and will ahev them do all my repairs.

The work that was done was great and I would recommend to anyone (if the job could be done on time). However, the Dark Mountain guys have a vinyl supplier that seems to move as slow as a snail. The wood portion of the fence was up in no time. It took a month to get the vinyl and another two weeks to have it installed. So, what was suppose to be a two day job turned into two months. The only thing I am truly not happy with is that cement was spilled in my driveway and grass. No one from the company informed us of this spill.
