This was the most knowlegable and proffessional service call I've ever expeirienced. John even educated me on how to save money and use our woodburning stove correctly. I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome and will use him again on a regular basis.

These guys are fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the work they did and the communication along the way. They take pride in their work and it shows! They installed a wood stove for me, did the brickwork behind the stove, and then also did matching brick work surrounding my fireplace. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful, solved all problems, friendly. My tenant installed our pellet stove incorrectly and in a very sloppy manner. This company corrected all the mistakes, cleaned the stove, installed it to look neat and tidy and be safe. Was not cheap but you don't play with fire!

They called when they said they would. They showed up when they said they would. They finished when they said they would. The work looks great. And the clean up was impecible.

This is an OUTSTANDING company. I Highly recommend the service technician by the name of John. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Value for the money? I would gladly pay double for the outstanding service they offer. I will ABSOLUTELY use this company again, and refer them to EVERYONE I know. They have all of the latest and up to date equipment, safety concerns are at their highest priority, and professional to the highest degree. If all service companies were like these guys, the world would be a much better place. If you live in Dutchess county NY , DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME. CALL the Pros. over at Absolute.
