We discovered yellowjackets were breaking through the dining room ceiling on a Saturday evening. After talking with a colleague at work who had hired Absolute Pest Control, we did the same. The service was prompt (I called at about 2 pm on Monday, and someone was at the house by 4:30 that afternoon). The insects had already constructed a nest and it was removed. No insects have returned.

When we called we were not sure what type of bee or wasp had infested our bedroom wall. They were able to very quickly identify them as yellow jackets and reviewed the options we had to eliminate them. We chose to have them come out. They came the very same day and were by far the cheapest solution we could find. They also offered the longest guarantee period. I would definitely use them again, although we are hoping we won't have to.

Very courteous, took time to explain what they were doing and what they were using. Price for annual plan seemed reasonable, and have seen no activity from pests since their visit.
