Frank returned my initial call immediately to schedule an appointment. While tuning up the furnace, he explained what he was doing and several issues that arose or could arise with an older furnace. He was neat and professional. I would use him again.

I am a new homeowner who has never had an oil furnace. Apparently you can't just call up PSE&G. It's a different world with oil heat. The "full service" companies were extremely expensive and require a 12 month contract! Frank educated me on what I needed to know about an oil furnace - including annual maintenance/cleaning, he thoroughly cleaned and fixed it, and gave me some tips on how oil companies work when it's time to fill the oil tank. He totally put me at ease when I was a nervous wreck. The only thing I can recommend is to hire more like Frank. It took 9 hours to get him when I had no heat and he still had more after me.
