I have an old house and wanted my washer hook up moved from my kitchen to my pantry and Joe was excellent in explaining what had to be done and how he would handle it. They came on time and were very professional and efficient. The job was completed in one day and they stayed to run the washer and check that all was working correctly. I was very please with the way Joe ran the plumbing in my basement. It looks as though is was there all along not just added. I also received a call back a week later to make sure all was still well. I am very pleased with Absolute Home Comfort.

Came on time, quoted price was the same as the final bill. Very consensus Co. The only Co. that read my owners manual on the On Demand water tank to make sure that all of the MFGS. requirements were met. Cleaned up the job site when he was done. Would highly recommend him to all my friends.

In short, AHC spent 3 hours here: (1) 10 minutes to found the real issue and overturn the prior misdiagnosis by another company recommended by ServiceMagic as failed a gas valve and ignitor. It's a touch down from the get go. (2) the rest of the time fumble the wire and thermostat connection. To be honest, we were surprised that a professional took that long to handle an easy DYI-type task. It's kinda a missed 5-yard field goal in the end. AHC has done his best to make us less upset. Their communication is always professional, thoughtful and friendly. I understand that one game won't decide all. I still believe AHC is a winning team. Will tr
