My experience with Absolute was positive right from the start. My service man Rex offered several suggestions for me to try before making a service call to my home. My a/c was not cooling, her told me to change the filter, make sure all the vents and cold air returns were not blocked etc.. After doing all that I still didn't have cold air so Rex came out right away, checked the unit and found it had no freon in it. Unit is older but we both agreed we should try to add the freon and hopefully keep it going as long as possible. I had no pressure to replace it. Rex was so helpful and I felt honest I have already recommended him to 2 others

I must admit that my due diligence paid off because it offers an opportunity to compare equipment, warranties, price but most important company committment to quality. One can not value quality without an objective structure with which to rate the investment to quality. Rex, the owner and his son came and did the install to accomplish the task but more important to ensure a quality install as he will be the one to provide the 5 year labor warranty. Thank you for steering me in his direction.

I made my contact with absolute as a result of a web inquiry. I was leary about what I would get from that. It turned out alright though. I really like their salesman and he gave a fair price. My later exerience turned out ok too. I liked going with a small local business with personality and not pressure. Rex is very knowledgeable and installed a high tech system like he knows what he's doing while doing some community service while mentoring a young lad (his helper) in HVAC. I like my price, my service, the product and doing small business.

It was raining the day the men came to install the furnace and AC unit in our mobile home. The first thing we noticed is that they came with tarps to pad our floor and the last thing they did was pick up the tarps and leave no trace of having been there. Very meticulous!

Gave me a qoute, stuck to it, showed up when he said he would, and finished the job on time. He also gives a five year service warrantee to go along with the unit warrantee. I'm impressed.
