The representative accommodated me with a telephone call prior to arrival, in order for me to meet him due to mywork schedule. I do feel that the cost of the lock & doorknob was more than I expected, as I wasn't advised of the cost or given a choice other than "style" ahead of time. I didn't ask, though...not expecting the price. The speed of the service was refreshing; he got right to the job I had requested. The person with whom I spoke on the phone was courteous.

They came out to my house 30 minutes later then they committed to being there. When the guy got there, he looked at the lock and said he couldn't fix it. He didn't take it apart, he didn't try to fix it, he just said he couldn't do anything with it after being there for less then 30 seconds. No exaggeration. Then he asked for his $35 service charge. I explained exactly what was wrong with the lock on the phone prior to them coming out and feel that they should have known at that time that they couldn't do anything, if that was in fact the case. Otherwise, how could he have known as soon as he got there without ever touching the lock. Scam
