Todd, was very nice. He explained what he would be doing over the phone, and asked me questions about my home, than gave me a low to high range. When he ran late on another job, he called me to let me know, which I appreciated. When he arrived we walked through the house while he explained what he needed to do and very clearly explained the costs. I have cats, so he also gave me a good tip about how to spot clean the carpet. It was worth it. I have hayfever, and this is an especially bad year for it. I can now sleep through the night without going through a box of kleenex. I highly recommend his company.
