I received a quick response and all of the staff were very professional. They worked around the clock until the job was done, even on weekends, Saturday and Sunday. They explained the work that needed to be done, gave me a fair quote and were available to complete the project immediately in a timely fashion. They were very accessible by phone and answered all of my questions and provided a photo upon completion. They even removed solar panels and reconnected the pool pump, more than any other roofer would offer saving me time and additional money.Above the Rest Roofing provided a warranty for all repairs and removed all debris and cleaned up

One week after repair the rook began leaking again. I left several messages before he responded back to me. Three weeks later, an appointment was set and no one showed. I called for another two weeks, finally he comae out, said he was going to repair the leaks again, but he could not guarantee the work and would give me a total refund because I needed a whole new roof. Mind you now, that wasn't his story when he gave me the estimate. Well it's been another two weeks and no sign of him, his crew or my money. Yet, I was suppose to have a two year warranty. My Rating TRUE is a NEGATIVE STAR!!! DO NOT USE THIS GUY!

This customer was told she needed a new tile roof which would cost somewhere between 15-20K. She asked me to do the best repair that I could. She was charged $350.00 because it was a small area where I assumed the leak to be coming from. I told her there were absolutely no guarentees it would stop and I really didn't want to do it but I felt trying was the right thing to do. As far as her comment about the two-year warranty, on most repairs such as hers I would only give a one-year warranty. I understand that she is upset but I did the best that I could. I take care of my customers very well and I am sorry she was not sattisfied
