I made an appt. for 10am,he didn't show up till 10:20.,evan though I was emailed several days in advance about the time.When he did arrive it was oh...sorry. Total disreguard for my time. He told me one price,then when I went to paid him he said it would be $10 higher.NOT GOOD BUSINESS. I feel like a fool for hireing him.

I very sorry for the misunderstanding and arriving 20 min behind schedule it happens some times, one job might take a little longer then expected. Very sorry for the price adjustment that was for the agreed amount of windows and when I did a count there where a few more windows. I remember you being very happy with the quality of work. Again I'm very sorry that I made you feel foolish it was not my intent.
