I ordered pinch pleat drapes and shears from JcPenneys for my livingroom. I simply could not get them to hang correctly. I contacted Abode Blinds and Installations and an appointment was set up for the next day. Thank God he got them to hang correctly; the money I spent was well worth my sanity!

Jerry -- friendly, professional.... is very accomiodating and made the experience of repairing one blind convenient and painless. He also offered sound advice to prolong the life of my whole set. Highly recommended.

Jerry, the gentleman from Abode blinds, called me about my broken string in my honeycomb shade a few days after I notified ServiceMagic I needed the help. He said he would come to my house to fix the shade so I would not have to be without it and we set the date for him to come out. He called about an hour before the appointed time and said he was on his way. Once he got here, he fixed the shade promptly and very professionally and rehung the shade for me. I was very, very pleased with his service. I would definitely call him again when I need new shades or blinds and if any more of the ones I own break.

OUTSTANDING! Jerry was wonderful to work with on our window blind issues. Jerry was prompt, courteous and completed the job in an expeditious fashion. The work was professionally done and I would recommend his services to anyone. We are considering follow up work once we get our new home organized.
